管理领域的积极心理学应用
The Positive Psychology Application in the Management Field
摘要
20世纪末,积极心理学的诞生在全球掀起了一股"积极风暴",横扫众多学科领域。积极心理学和组织行为学的有机结合成为心理学和管理学领域的重大突破。本文主要从积极心理和组织领导两大层面入手,揭示积极心理学与组织管理的内在联系。在积极心理层面上,阐述了积极情绪、心理资本、自我决定、心流与情商这些积极心理概念对个体组织行为的影响;在组织领导水平上,介绍了真诚领导、授权领导、伦理-道德领导和路径-目标领导四大积极领导理论在组织中的应用。通过个体、群体、领导和组织多层面探讨,全面而又系统地描绘了积极心理学在管理领域的应用图景。
Abstract
At the end of the 20th century, the birth of positive psychology in the world sets off a wave of "active storm",which swepts a number of subject areas. The combination of Positive Psychology and Organizational Behavior becomes a major breakthrough in psychology and management fields. This article reveals the internal relations of positive mental and organizational management from two levels of positive mental and organizational leadership. On the positive mental level, describing the positive emotional, psychological capital, self-determination, flow and emotional intelligence's influence on individual organizations behavior; On the organizational leadership level, introduceing the authentic leadership, authority leadership, ethics - moral leadership and the path - goal leadership theory's application in organizations. Through the multi-level analysis of individuals, groups, leadership and organization, depicting the applications of positive psychology in the management systematically.关键词
