基于萃余煤的炭膜制备研究
Preparation of carbon membrane based on coal residues
采用基于CS2 / NMP混合溶剂萃取出的萃余煤为原料,淀粉作粘结剂、KOH作活化剂,混合均匀后加压成型,再经炭化和活化制备出炭膜。对炭膜的孔隙率、渗透率、孔径分布进行表征,并考察炭化条件对其渗透性能的影响。结果表明:炭膜具有较高的孔隙率,基本在40%以上;水渗透速率最高可达1019.5 Lom-2oh-1obar-1;存在中孔和微孔,平均孔径为3.27 nm,孔径分布集中于1.4 nm~10 nm。
Carbon membrane was prepared by carbonization and activation, which was made from coal residues extracted from carbon disulfide/N-melthyl-2-pyrrolidone (CS2 / NMP) mixed solvent as raw materials, starch as the binder and potassium hydroxide (KOH) as the activating agent by mixing well and compression molding. Carbon membrane was characterized by measuring the porosity, permeability, pore size distribution and surface morphology, and the paper investigated carbonization conditions on the penetration performance. The results show that: carbon membrane has a higher porosity, basically more than 40%; the water permeation rate can reach 1019.5 Lom-2oh-1obar-1; it exists the mesopore and micropore with the average pore size of 3.27 nm and pore size distribution in the 1.4 nm ~ 10 nm.
