塔河油田高温高盐油藏冻胶调驱技术研究
Research of profile control and oil displacement technology of gel for high temperature and high salinity reservoir of Tahe Oilfield
为了进一步提高塔河油田高温高盐低渗透油藏的采收率,开展了耐温抗盐冻胶调驱技术研究。采用GSC强度代码法及ESEM对冻胶体系进行了静态评价,利用物理模拟实验装置进行了动态评价,并对耐温抗盐冻胶体系进行了矿场试验。实验结果表明,在地层高温高盐(温度100.8 ℃、矿 化度19.8×104 mg/L)条件下,冻胶体系成胶时间26~45 h可调,成胶强度E~H可控,老化60d脱水量<3.0%,微观三维网络状结构稳定。在地层渗透率0.212~0.905 μm2和成胶强度E~H范围内,封堵率均大于85%,并且渗透率越大或冻胶强度越高,冻胶体系封堵能力越强。冻胶调驱能够有效促进液流转向,剖面改善率为99.88%,采收率增值达28.5%。西达里亚油藏实际井组冻胶调驱后综合含水率由95.2%降至89.0%,控水稳油效果较好,具有广阔的应用前景,为塔河高温高盐油藏进一步提高采收提供了技术支持。
In order to further enhanced oil recovery of high-temperature and high salinity reservoir in Tahe Oilfield, profile control and oil displacement technology of gel was carried out in this paper. static evaluation and dynamic evaluation were carried out through GSC strength code method, ESEM, and physical simulation experiment device. The field test also be carried out in Tahe Oilfield. The results show that, under the condition of high temperature and salinity (temperature 100.8 ℃, salinity 19.6×104 mg/L ), the stable gel system was formed with gelling time ranging from 26h to 45 h, gel strength ranging from E to H, and dehydrating amount lower than 3.0% after ageing 60 d. And the microstructure is very stable. When permeability ranges from 0.212 μm2 to 0.905 μm2 and gel strength ranges from E to H, the plugging ratio is bigger than 85%, and the plugging performance become stronger with permeability or gel strength increasing. Profile control and oil displacement technology of gel can effectively promote fluid diverting, the profile improvement rate is 99.88% and the enhancement in oil recovery is up to 28.5%. Field test was carried out in Xidaliya reservoir of Tahe Oilfield, the water cut reduced from 95.2% to 89.0%. It means that profile control and oil displacement technology of gel has good stabilizing oil production ability by water control. And this technology has a wide application prospect, which provides stong technical support for further enhanced oil recovery in Tahe high temperature and high salinity reservoir.
