本文针对软化点测试实验过程中对温度的控制要求,提出了一种基于PIC16F877A单片机的线性升温控制器设计方案。控制器利用热电阻搭建的桥式测温电路进行温度检测,根据预设的升温控制算法通过交流调功电路调节加热功率。在控制策略上,本文针对线性控温要求采用了以温升速率的变参数PID控制器设计为主的方法,并通过引入温度的长周期积分调节解决了温升曲线全程线性化的问题。由于这种方法算法实现简单,控制器参数易于设计和优化,同时控制精度较高,所以非常适合应用在低成本线性升温控制器设计中。利用MATLAB对此方法进行了仿真实验,进一步验证了该方法的可行性。

In order to meet the temperature control demands in softening test, this paper presents a design method of temperature linear controller that based on MCU PIC-16F877A. A thermal resistance is used to form a bridge for temperature detecting, and AC power regulator is used in the output power control circuit. This paper adopts the control strategy that control system is designed based on the temperature increasing velocity variable arguments PID control, even in two different requires. And then, by using long cycle integral regulation, it realizes a linear increase of temperature in the whole working process. Because of its simple control algorithm, parameters being easily designed and optimized and high control precision, it is especially suitable for the design of low cost temperature linear controller. Results of the MATLAB simulation verify its feasibility.
