It is necessary to develop direct-drive gear hobbing machine . According to the capability of CNC, the synchronizing technique with master-slaver structure , which is based on the software interpolation , is fit for direct-drive gear hobbing machine. Its principle and flow path of dealing information are introduced in the paper, and precision accuracy is also analyzed
