改进超滤技术处理废乳化液的试验研究

本文根据超滤技术在实际工程应用中所存在的问题,通过试验研究了废乳化液的 pH值、温度和超滤膜管的清洗方式对超滤通量和衰减速度的影响规律,并优化了上述指标的操作参数。实际运行结果表明,原来存在的问题得到了很好的解决,工艺处理效果很好。
In order to solve the problems emerging in the process of using ultrafiltration in real projects, a special test was made to explore the effects of pH and temperature of oil-bearing wastewater and the way to wash membrane tubes on membrane flux and attenuating velocity. In the experiment the above factors were optimized to achieve an effective treatment. The result showed that the formerly existing problems were well solved and the process was proved to be very effective.
