his paper presents a FPGA-based multi-processor parallel processing of DSO, the oscilloscope reduces \"dead time\", increases the waveform capture rate, increased the probability of capturing random abnormal signal. This paper focuses on multi-processor parallel structure and work together. Comparing the final results obtained by the high capture rate which is important on the measurement of abnormal signals and debugging.
