Hsp60又被称为分子伴侣素,而分子伴侣素被分为I类和II类。I类在原核生物和真核生物线粒体和叶绿体中表达,II类Hsp60主要分布在古生菌和真核生物细胞质中。分子伴侣素是生物体内广泛存在且含量较高一种蛋白质,能帮助大分子蛋白或变性的蛋白正确折叠,起到使之稳定,防止蛋白变性的作用。有研究发现,在真细菌,古菌以及真核细胞中,不同结构的分子伴侣素形成了一个复杂的折叠系统,通过这个系统,蛋白质完成了具有生物活性的三维构象过程,在蛋白质表达的过程中加入分子伴侣能避免蛋白质的错误折叠、减少有害物质的产生和蛋白质的沉淀。本文综述了分子伴侣家族及多亚基中的分子伴侣素的结构功能以及作用的研究进展。

Hsp60 is also known as molecular chaperone, and molecular chaperone is divided into classes I and II. Class I is expressed in mitochondria and chloroplasts of prokaryotes and eukaryotes, and class II Hsp60 is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of archaea and eukaryotes. Molecular chaperone is a kind of protein widely existed in biological body with high content. It can help large molecular proteins or denatured proteins fold correctly, play a role in stabilizing them and preventing protein denaturation. Studies have found that in eubacteria, archaea and eukaryotic cells, molecular chaperones with different structures form a complex folding system, through which proteins complete a biologically active three-dimensional conformation process. The addition of molecular chaperones in the process of protein expression can avoid protein misfolding, reduce the production of harmful substances and protein precipitation. In this paper, the structure and function of chaperones in chaperone families and polyunits are reviewed.
