本文将GPRS和ZigBee无线网络通信技术、Labview虚拟仪器技术相结合,研发出了一套温湿度和图像数据采集的粮情实时监测系统。本系统除实现了对储粮温湿度和库内图像的实时监测、数据管理等功能外,还具有监测节点可任意改变在粮库中的位置,而上位机管理软件可自动重组并显示改变后的节点位置特点。本系统不但通过实际应用的稳定性测试,而且满足储粮传热传质机理研究的灵活布点的需求,具有很好的性价比,而且可在实际粮仓中推广应用。

his article combine GPRS, ZigBee wireless network communication technology and Labview virtual instrument technology, developed a set of temperature and humidity, and image data acquisition real-time grain monitoring system. This system not only realize grain storage temperature and humidity and images of real-time monitoring, data management, but also with the monitoring node can be arbitrarily changed in grain storage, while the host computer management software automatically re-display change characteristics of the node position. This system not only pass the application's stability test, but also meet the demand for grain storage heat and mass transfer mechanism of the flexible distribution. It has a very good price, and promote the application of grain storage in practice.
