SAR图像去噪算法研究

合成孔径雷达技术是遥感技术的一项重大突破,全天时、全天候的成像能力让它从研发之初就备受瞩目,目前已经成为对地观测的主要手段。该技术极大提高了观测效率,但如何对SAR图像进行高效准确的去噪仍是目前急需解决的问题。为此,本文从分析SAR图像的斑点噪声模型出发,详细的讨论了常见的斑点噪声滤波器的原理和特点,并进行了实验和分析,对各种滤波方法的去噪效果进行了比较,最后得出Lee-Sigma和Gamma-Map滤波方法在抑制斑点噪声和保持边缘、纹理等细节信息两方面效果优于其它常见的滤波方法。

Synthetic aperture radar is a major breakthrough as a remote sensing technology , duing to the all-weather imaging capability , this technology gets a great deal of attention at the beginning of proposed , now it has become the main means of earth observation. The technology greatly enhances the efficiency of the observation, however, it is still an urgent problem that how to reduce noise accurately and efficiently. This paper analyzes the speckle noise model of SAR image, and then introduces the principle and characteristics of the common various filtering methods for reducing noise. Finally, through experiments and analysis, this paper compares the effect of de-noising among various filtering methods and comes to the conclusion that Lee-Sigma and Gamma-Map filter methods are better than other common filtering methods in suppressing speckle noise and maintaining the edge, texture and other details of the information.
