组织网络偏离行为意向的影响因素分析：计划行为理论视角

he author discussed employee\'s psychological factors about internet deviate behavior intention on the basis of empirical research methods.In this study, date were collected from 282 employees and supervisors. The results shows that:The theory of planned behavior can predicting the internet deviate behavior intention.Attitude exert an most influence, followed by subjective norms, perceived behavioral control with minimal impact. Behavior Justification has a direct impact on the internet deviate behavior intention,and it plays a significant regulatory role in the influence of subjective norms and internet deviate overall behavior. Behavior Justification plays a significant regulatory role respectively in the influence of perceived behavioral control and interest behavioral intention.The three variables of theory of planned behavior and behavior justification together explain 68.4% of the internet deviate behavior intention, it suggests that they have a high predictive effect. The conclusion has practical guiding significance for effective management of OIDB.
