纵横轴式掘进机工作稳定性的模拟分析

为了深入了解掘进机截割特性,以截割稳定性为研究对象,采用模拟分析的方法,通过对纵、横轴式掘进机截割受力分析,建立了这两种掘进机截割稳定性的数学模型,利用Matlab仿真软件编程,模拟得出了稳定性模拟曲线,并对其进行了比较分析,得到了两种掘进机工作稳定比模拟曲线,为纵、横轴式掘进机性能比较以及合理选型提供了理论依据。分析结果表明,两种掘进机稳定性较好,且横轴式掘进机在截割过程中纵向稳定性和横向稳定性均高于纵轴式掘进机。

In order to understand deeply cutting particularity of roadheader, stability of cutting was researched. By using the method of simulation analysis, through force analysis of cutting of longitudinal-axis and horizontal-axial roadheaders, mathematical models for these two kinds of cutting stability were established in the paper. Stability ratio of simulation curve were obtained by means of Matlab simulation software. Variation characteristics of stability were also obtained by comparative analysis of load spectrums, which provides theoretical basis for performance comparison of and reasonable selection of longitudinal-axis and horizontal-axial roadheaders. The results show that the stability of two kinds of roadheader is better, besides the stability of horizontal-axis is higher than longitudinal-axis roadheader in longitudinal and horizontal cutting.
