超塑性模锻镁合金汽车轮轻量化研究 I. 轮毂工艺和性能研究

检测分析了超塑性模锻成型镁合金汽车轮毂的各项力学性能,进行了轮毂解剖样品的疲劳、盐水腐蚀疲劳、盐雾、热循环和钢球冲击试验。结果表明锻造镁合金轮毂各个部位的强度和塑性指标全面超过了铝合金轮毂,表面涂装具有足够的抵抗冷、热或冲击能力,符合国家和行业相关标准。小批量生产考核证明单只轮毂的超塑性模锻成型时间仅为8分钟,具备了大规模产业化的技术基础。
he detection and analysis on mechanical performance of wheel hubs of super-plastically mould forged AZ80 Mg alloy were conducted, along with the corrosion fatigue in salt water, saline spray, thermal cycling and steel ball collision tests of wheel hub samples were investigated. It is found that the overall properties of the forged wheel hub are all over those of Al alloy ones, and the coating of Mg alloy wheel hub posses sufficient resistance to low and high temperature, thermal cycling and impacting to hard objects. Small amount production verified that the supper-plastic forming of a single wheel hub needs only 8 minutes, and the large scale production can be started already on good technological base.
