基于Linux的并行计算的研究与实现

并行计算,就在并行计算机系统上进行数据和信息的并行处理,通常也称作高性能计算(High Performance Computing)或超级计算(Super Computing)。随着海量数据处理和交互并发性要求的提升,并行计算作为一种提升服务能力的主要方法而作为研究热点,同时商业上还伴随着配套的扩展应用--并行计算集群化。本篇文章首先介绍Linux下的并行计算的算法和MPI并行编程实现,其次在实验室并行平台下对电信行业数据分析处理。最后对性能进行测试和比较,验证了并行计算的高效性。
Parallel computing, dealing with the data and information in the same time, is usually called high performance computing or super computing. With the upgrade demand of mass information interaction, parallel computing is the research focus to promote the ability of service, and also be same with compute cluster. The paper first introduce the parallel computing under Linux programming environment ,and then handle the telecommunication application with parallel computing. Finally, the test with performance verify the efficiency of parallel computing.
