本文以976 nm半导体激光器作为泵源,闪耀光栅作为调谐元件,采用Littrow外腔结构,研究了可调谐掺Yb 光子晶体光纤激光器的波长调谐激光输出特性。在泵浦功率为1.27 W时,实现了最大调谐范围74.4 nm的连续调谐激光输出,激光输出光谱线宽均小于0.2 nm。在泵浦功率5.77 W,调谐波长1085 nm处,得到最大激光输出功率677 mW。在整个调谐范围内的激光输出均为线偏振光,偏振消光比均大于12 dB。

tunable Yb3+-doped photonic crystal fiber laser in Littrow configuration is demonstrated. The laser is cladding-pumped by a 976 nm laser diode, with a grating as a tuning element. A continuous tunable output laser with a maximum tuning range over 74.4 nm is obtained. The 3 dB bandwidth of every tuned laser is less than 0.2 nm. The output laser is linearly polarized light with the polarization extinction larger than 12 dB over the whole tuning range. A maximum output power of 677 mW at 1085 nm is obtained for an incident pump power of 5.77 W.
