6MF-30型风力灭火机是我国森林灭火作业中常用的个人作业机型。为了研究风力灭火机作业对人体疲劳的影响,本文进行了模拟灭火作业实验,并且分析了背负姿势、作业动作对操作者反应时间和运动时间的影响。结果表明,模拟灭火后操作者反应时间受作业动作方式的影响显著(p<0.05),摆动灭火比固定方向灭火引起的反应时间增加比率大;左臂运动时间受作业背负方式的影响显著(p<0.05),左肩斜挎时运动时间增加比最小,引起的左臂作业负荷最小。

6MF-30 portable pneumatic extinguishers are widely used personal fire-fighting tools during the forest fire-fighting tasks in China. In order to acquire the impact of fire-fighting task using pneumatic extinguisher on operating fatigue, a laboratory study on simulative fire-fighting tasks was conducted. The impact of carrying posture and motion on reaction time and motion time was analyzed. The impact of motion on the reaction time is significant(p<0.05). The value of growth ratio of reaction time with the motion of swaying is higher than that of fixation. The carrying posture has a significant impact on the motion time(p<0.05), with the highest values in the posture of left shoulder carrying.
