基于两相磁性材料具有直流偏磁补偿功能的新型电力变压器
Novel Transformer Based on Two-phase Magnetic Material with DC Bias Compensation Function
本文提出一种基于两相磁性材料抑制变压器直流偏磁的新方法。首先,基于Preisach理论建立两相磁性材料的磁滞数学模型,确定两相磁性材料材料的剩磁与矫顽力的关系并提出材料的制备方案;其次,基于磁路磁阻理论,分别考虑直流及交流磁势情况,对新型电力变压器开展结构设计并完成电磁设计方案。在此基础上,制作新型电力变压器样机两台,仿真及实验结果表明,基于两相磁性材料的新型电力变压器对直流偏磁具有很好的抑制效果。验证了本文设计方案的正确性和可行性。
new scheme of compensating DC bias phenomenon of the power transformer based on two-phase magnetic material was proposed in this paper. Firstly, a two-phase magnetic hysteresis mathematical model was established based on the Preisach theory and the correspondence relationship between the coercivity and remanence of the two-phase magnetic material were determined, and then the preparation technology of this material was proposed. Secondly, the structural and the electromagnetic design of the novel power transformer were carried out based on the reluctance theory. The DC magnetic potential and the AC magnetic potential were considered respectively in this design. Based on these, Two prototype of the novel power transformer were manufactured. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the compensation effect on DC bias is evidently. The results also verify the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
