饲料中植物油替代鱼油对大黄鱼肠道免疫相关基因表达的影响
Effects of dietary fish oil replacement by vegetable oil on immune-related genes expression in intestinal tract of large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea)
以初始体重为8.93±0.21的大黄鱼为研究对象,用植物油(亚麻籽油:豆油=1:1)分别替代0%(FO,对照组)、50%(FV)和100%(VO)的鱼油来配制3种等氮(粗蛋白含量为41%)等脂(粗脂肪含量为12%)的实验饲料。通过摄食实验探究不同植物油替代鱼油水平对大黄鱼肠道免疫相关基因表达的影响。70天摄食生长实验结束后实验发现:FV组大黄鱼肠道Toll-like receptor 信号通路中TLR1、TLR2、TLR3、TLR7、TLR9以及MyD88基因的相对表达量以及COX2和Mx基因的相对表达量显著高于FO组; VO组大黄鱼肠道TLR22和IL-1β基因的相对表达量显著高于FO组。综上所述,饲料中植物油替代鱼油显著提高了大黄鱼肠道免疫相关基因的表达,但不同植物油替代鱼油水平引起的大黄鱼肠道免疫炎症反应机制存在差异。
feeding trail was conducted to investigate effects of dietary fish oil replacement by vegetable oil on immune-related genes expression in intestinal tract of large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea) with initial body weight 8.93±0.21. Three iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets were formulated to contain graded levels of vegetables oil blend (0%, 50% and 100%) by supplementation of soybean and linseed oil (1:1). Results indicated that 50% of fish oil replacement by vegetable oil significantly enhanced the relative expression Toll-like receptor related genes (TLR1,TLR2,TLR3,TLR7,TLR9 and MyD88), COX2 and Mx. In addition, 100% of fish oil replacement by significantly induced the overexpression of TLR22 and IL-1β. In conclusion, fish oil replacement by vegetable oil enhanced the overexpression of immune related genes expression in intestinal tract of large yellow croaker; mechanisms behind immune response to different levels of replacement levels was different.
