X型钢管相贯节点承载力试验研究
Experimental Study on Bearing Capacity of X Type Tubular Joints
针对圆钢管X型相贯节点,目前的设计规范过于保守,造成了材料的浪费,故需对新设计的节点进行足尺试件的试验,对其承载力进行试验研究。试验在节点易破坏区域布置应变片,且应用非接触式应变仪对其重点观测。本文介绍了加载方案的设计,并根据试验结果,对试件的破坏模式进行了分析,并对相贯线附近的区域进行分析,得到沿相贯线应力的分布情况。试验结果表明,节点具有良好的承载能力及足够的安全储备,节点设计安全、可靠。此节点主支管尺寸和刚度均相同,在主管受拉、支管受压的情况下,破坏发生在主管上。
ccording to the circular tubular X joints, the current design code is too conservative, resulting in the waste of materials, so it needs to be on the node of the new design of full-scale test on the experiment of its bearing capacity. Test in the nodes are prone to failure region layout of strain gauge, and the application of non-contact strain gauge on the key observation.This paper introduces the design scheme of node load. According to the test results, the failure modes of specimens are analyzed, and in the vicinity of intersecting line regions were analyzed to obtain the distribution of stress along the line of intersection. The test results show that all nodes have good bearing capacity and enough safety storage and node design of safe and reliable. This node main branch size and stiffness are the same, in charge of tension, although the compression case, damage occurred in the head on.
