干冰清洗隧道的可行性研究

随着隧道数量的增加,隧道中的清洁问题也逐渐引起人们的重视。本文研究了一门新型的隧道清洗方法-干冰清洗,提出了一种基于二氧化碳与干冰的相态转换原理及干冰清洗特点建立的隧道干冰清洗理论模型,对干冰清洗混凝土的可行性进行了试验研究。清洁度试验的结果表明,试验设备能用于混凝土清洗试验,干冰清洗效果明显,对混凝土表面无损伤。干冰清洗与其它清洗技术相比,具有安全、高效等优势。分析表明,干冰清洗技术优于其它的清洗技术,适用于隧道清洗。
With the increasing number of the tunnel, the clean problem attracts people's attention gradually. This paper studies dry ice cleaning which is a new Tunnel cleaning methods puts forward a theory model of tunnel dry ice cleaning based on the phase transformation theory between the carbon dioxide and dry ice, and a dry ice cleaning method. Take experiment about feasibility of dry ice cleaning concrete. Cleanliness test results indicate that test equipment can be used in the experiment of concrete cleaning, the dry ice cleaning effect is obvious and is undamaged to concrete surface. Compared with other cleaning technology, dry ice cleaning technology possesses advantages, such as safety and efficiency. Analysis shows that dry ice cleaning technology is better than the other cleaning technology, and it apply to tunnel cleaning.
