工艺条件对硫酸钙晶须改性行为的影响
Experimenfal Study on Modifficafion Behavior of Calcium Sulfafe Whisker
以脱硫石膏制备的硫酸钙晶须为原料进行湿法改性。借助FTIR、活化指数等分析方法,深入探讨了改性时间和温度对硫酸钙晶须的改性影响。结果表明:随着时间的延长和温度的升高,活化指数呈先升高后降低的趋势,当改性时间为20min,温度为60℃时,活化指数达到最大,其值为0.845。
In this study, calcium sulfate whisker manufactured by FGD gypsum was taken as raw material to perform wet modification. Effects of modification time and temperature on modification behavior were investigated by means of FTR. The results show that activation index increased firstly and then decreased lately with prolonged time and increased temperature. The maximum of activation index was obtained with the modification time of 20min at 60℃, which was 0.845.
