弹性阶段弯曲下尺度效应的研究

微观尺度下的尺度效应的研究在塑性变形下已经有了很高的层次,但是尺度效应在弹性阶段是否存在却没有一个很完善的说法,本文是在非均匀的有限弹性变形理论的基础上,讨论弯曲的弹性阶段的尺度效应的问题,推导了新弹性理论的弯曲公式,并结合塑性变形的应变梯度理论,分析了三点弯曲的弹性阶段尺度效应的问题,从分析结果看,在弹性阶段,当物体尺寸和特征尺寸相当时,存在很强的尺度效应,但和塑性阶段的应变梯度理论分析相比,尺度效应要略小。
Study of the size effects on the micro-scale has a very high level in the plastic, but the size effect in the stage of elastic deformation stage of the existence is not a very good argument, On the non-homogeneous finite elastic deformation theory,the paper discusses the size effect of bending in the elastic stage and deducing out the bending format of the new elastic theory.Combined with the strian gradient theory,we analyzed the size effect of three dot bending in the elastic stage. From the results of the analysis, When the object size is characteristics of considerable size, there is a strong measure of the size effect in the phase of the elastic stage , but to be slightly smaller the scale effect in the plastic.
