吐哈油田湿式空冷器改造技术研究

Research on Modification Technology of Wet Air Condensers in the Tuha Oilfield

湿式空冷器在吐哈油田采油厂的轻烃及炼化装置中应用广泛,但存在着严重的锈蚀、使用寿命短的情况。本文对湿式空冷器的散热能力进行了校核,对相关问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了设计新式干湿联合空冷器的方法和对原有结构的改造方案,经过验证可以满足理论要求。

he wet air condensers are widely applied in the light hydro-carbon recovery units of the Tuha Oilfield, and there are also some typical problems existing; like serious corrosion and short service life. This paper analyzes the heat transfer capability of those wet air condensers and provides two modification designs, including a new dry-wet air cooler and a modification based on existing instruments. Finally, the numerical calculations that prove the feasibility and practicality of both methods are provided.
