粘胶基和维纶基大豆蛋白纤维理化性能对比研究

粘胶基和维纶基大豆蛋白纤维均为大豆蛋白纤维,但二者因其基体具有较大的不同,因此,二者在理化性能上亦具有较大的差别。维纶基大豆蛋白纤维因问世较早其性能已为人共知,而粘胶基大豆蛋白纤维因其为潍坊海龙公司新型开发的一种新型纺织纤维,其性能尚未为人知晓,为了对比粘胶基和维纶基大豆蛋白纤维之间的性能差异,同时使人们能够深入了解粘胶基大豆蛋白纤维的性能,对两种纤维的形态结构以及各项基本性能指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:两种大豆蛋白纤维的纵向形态类似,而横截面形态有一定的差异;两种纤维均具有优良的物理机械性能和吸湿性,摩擦性能较好,耐热性及耐日光性能优异,化学性能较稳定。
Soybean protein/viscose fiber and soybean protein/PVA fiber are both protein fibers. However, the physical and chemical properties of soybean protein/viscose fiber are different from those of soybean protein/PVA fiber due to the difference of their matrix. Soybean protein/PVA fiber has been on the market for a long time and its properties are well known, while the performances of soybean protein/viscose fiber are rarely been know for it’s a new kind of textile fiber recently exploited by Weifang Helon Co., Ltd. The structure and properties of both fibers were investigated for comparison. The results showed that the longitudinal shape of soybean protein/PVA fiber is similar to that of soybean protein/viscose fiber, while the section shape differs a lot. Both soybean protein/viscose fiber and soybean protein/PVA fiber has fine tensile and absorption properties, good friction properties and chemical stability, excellent heat-resistant and lightfast properties.
