机顶盒、DSL/ADSL、电缆调制解调器等通信设备中经常使用基于集成电路LM2743的高性能开关电源电路。本文介绍了采用LM2743实现3.3V转1.2V开关电源电路的工作原理以及外围器件选型分析。开关电源电路主要由开关电源控制芯片和外围器件构成,这些外围器件包括输入电容、输入电感、上下MOS管、输出电感和输出电容。外围器件参数选择是否合适直接影响到开关电源的效率和电路的稳定性。?????
Set-top boxes, DSL / ADSL, cable modems and other communication devices often use the high-performance switching-power supply circuits based on integrated circuit LM2743. This article describes the working principle and the selection of external components with switching 3.3V to 1.2V switching-power supply circuit base on LM2743. Switching-power supply circuit mainly consist by the switching-power supply control chip and peripheral devices which including the input capacitors, the input inductance, the upper and lower MOS tube, the output inductor and the output capacitor. The appropriateness of choosing the peripheral device parameters directly affect the efficiency of switching-power and stability of circuit.
