he toolbox combining neural network and genetic algorithm was developed by Matlab. Neural network was used to build the function relation among historical data samples. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the problem depending on the neural network model built before. The interface of the toolbox is simple and practical, thinking about building network and optimizing problems under different conditions. It is satisfactory validated by example.
