磷系环保阻燃剂甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)的合成及其对玻璃钢阻燃性能的影响
Synthesis of phosphorus-containing environmental inflaming retarding Dimethyl Methyl Phosphonate(DMMP) and the inflaming retarding performance in the FRP
通过Michaelis-Arbuzov 重排反应,在常压下由亚磷酸三甲酯(TMP)合成了甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP),并探讨了反应条件对反应的影响,从而得到最优的工艺:反应温度为180℃,催化剂用量为反应物的12wt%,反应时间为13小时,收率可达到78%。经红外光谱和核磁共振波谱显示反应产物结构正确。并将其添加在玻璃钢材料(FRP)中,制得了阻燃玻璃钢,其氧指数可达到30.4%。
imethyl Methyl Phosphonate(DMMP) was synthesized via the Michaelis-Arbuzov rearrangement in the normal pressure .The preparation condition of DMMP, such as the reaction time, temperature and catalyst's dosage were investigated. When temperature is higher than 180℃, catalyst's dosage is 12wt%, and the reaction time is about 13h, a highest yield (78%) of DMMP can be obtained. The FTIR and NMR results show that the obtained product is DMMP. The inflaming retarding performance and the mechanical property of DMMP/ FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastics) composites were also investigated. When the DMMP content in the DMMP/ FRP composites is 10wt%, the LOI(Limited Oxygen Index) value can reach up to 30.4.
