杂色鲍外套膜的微细结构及其功能分析
Fine Structure and Its Functional Analysis of Mantle of Haliotis divericolor
本文采用光镜和电镜方法,研究了杂色鲍外套膜的微细结构并根据结构与功能关系分析了其功能。结果表明:杂色鲍外套膜的组织结构由内、外表皮和其间的结缔组织组成,其中内、外表皮为单层柱状上皮组织,细胞类型可分为5大类:普通柱状上皮细胞、腺细胞Ⅰ型、腺细胞Ⅱ型、腺细胞Ⅲ型和腺细胞Ⅳ型;结缔组织中富含血窦、微孔细胞、肌纤维、胶原纤维和神经纤维,还有一些肥大细胞和巨嗜细胞等。外套膜上皮组织具有形成贝壳的功能,但不同区域的贡献不同;外套膜结缔组织同时有呼吸与免疫功能。
In this paper, the fine structure of Mantle of Haliotis divericolor was observed under light, scanning and transmission electron microscopes, and the mantle's functions were analysed. The results showed that the Mantle of Haliotis divericolor is composed of (inner and outer)marginal epithelium and central connective tissue. The marginal epithelium is simple columnar epithelium consists of five cell types: general columnar cell and four types of secretory cells (which always named goblet cell under light microscope). In TEM section, general columnar cell is much higher than wide, and with nucleus near center; secretory cell are not very high, and with nucleus near basement membrane, secretory granules in the plasma near free surface. Among secretory cells, typeⅠwith secretory granules of inhomogeneous lamina, typeⅡwith secretory granules of electron-dense and electron-loosen mixed structure, type Ⅲ with secretory granules of electron-loosen homogeneous material,type Ⅳ with secretory granules of electron-dense material. In central connective tissue, there are hematococoel, rhogocytes (pore cells), muscle fibers, collagen fibrils and nerve fibers, besides still some macrophages, mast cells and other histiocytes. according to the fine structure, the functions of the mantle are shell production, different part contributes different, otherwise, the mantle takes part in respiration and immunity.
