Total Harmonic Distortion Measurement System Based on TMS320F28379D
本文设计介绍了一种能够适应不同信号幅度和基波频率而得出相对准确信号总谐波失真的系统。该系统主要由核心控制模块、整形模块、放大模块、显示模块以及通讯模块组成。首先通过整形模块和放大模块对信号进行预处理,以TMS320F28379D单片机为主控制器的核心控制模块采集获取输入信号的基波频率和幅度,确认合适的采样频率,调整放大倍数;然后对适当放大后的信号进行重新采集和数据计算,最后在屏幕上显示信号波形、基波和谐波的归一化幅值、失真率等数据,同时通过蓝牙模块将数据发送至手机端APP进行显示。根据测试结果表明,本系统能够稳定地采集和计算信号的各项数据并显示,在一定范围内可以获得比较理想的总谐波失真精度。
his paper designs and introduces a system which can adapt to different signal amplitude and fundamental frequency to obtain relatively accurate total harmonic distortion of signal. The system is mainly composed of core control module, shaping module, amplification module, display module and communication module. Firstly, the signal is preprocessed through the shaping module and amplification module. The core control module of TMS320F28379D single chip microcomputer is used to collect and obtain the fundamental frequency and amplitude of the input signal, confirm the appropriate sampling frequency and adjust the amplification factor; Then re collect and calculate the properly amplified signal, and finally display the signal waveform, normalized amplitude of fundamental wave and harmonic, distortion rate and other data on the screen. At the same time, send the data to the mobile phone app through the Bluetooth module for display. According to the test results, the system can stably collect and calculate various data of the signal and display, and can obtain ideal total harmonic distortion accuracy in a certain range.
