应用双螺杆熔融共混挤出造粒技术制备了聚芳醚腈PEN(HQ/RS,50/50)/玻纤增强复合材料,应用力学性能、热性能、溶解性、扫描电子显微镜对复合材料进行了表征。研究表明30%玻纤增强聚芳醚腈复合材料具有较高的力学性能和耐热性。

Polyarylene ether nitriles/glass fiber reinforced composite has been successfully prepared through melt blending by twin-screw. The reinforced composites was characterized by mechanical properties, thermal properties and SEM fractured surface observations. The mechanical and thermal properties of composites were studied with respect to the content of GF and its silicon coupling agent treatment. The higher HDT and mechanical strength of composites were obtained at 30% GF content.
