孔缝对汽车电磁屏蔽效能的影响
Impact of Aperture on Electromagnetic Shielding of Automotive
随着汽车上电子产品应用的增多,如何解决汽车电子设备的电磁兼容(EMC)问题,成为非常重要和迫切的研究课题。本文主要针对汽车上孔缝的电磁泄漏进行建模和理论分析.通过对四种带有规则性孔缝屏蔽体的屏蔽效能进行仿真,得出一个屏蔽效能较高的模型.并对某一款式的轿车进行了电磁屏蔽设计,使其电磁屏蔽效能提高了15dB,从而验证了本文电磁屏蔽设计方法的有效性。
With the application of electronic products,how to solve electromagnetic compatibility problems of automotive electronic equipment, it has become a very important and urgent research topic.This article builds modeling and analysizes theory for electromagnetic leakage of automotive aperture.Through simulation,it gets a model of high shielding effectiveness and verifies the effective design through improving the effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding by 15dB.
