基于动态核心能力的战略联盟绩效研究

战略联盟已成为众多企业加强竞争优势、提升核心能力、拓展市场的首选方式,但战略联盟最终成功的几率却很低。针对这个问题,本文从企业动态核心能力角度入手,研究战略联盟绩效评价指标体系,以达到提高战略联盟绩效和构建联盟伙伴企业动态核心能力的双赢效果。
he strategic alliances have become the preferred choice, by which a large number of enterprises enhance their superiority in competition, advance their core competencies and expand their markets, however, the final result comes out with very low probability of success. To analyze this phenomenon, this paper, from the perspective of dynamic core competencies of enterprises, studies strategic alliance’s Performance Evaluation System in order to achieve the win-win results of increasing performance of strategic alliance and conceiving the dynamic core competencies of the coalition partners.
