浅议租赁对宏观经济的影响

With the unique combination of finance and thing, and of finance and trade, modern lease has been an important measure for enterprises to absorb foreign fund, take technical reform, promote investment and activate sales and export, and it’s exerting increasingly significant role in the development of world economy. It has been proved by the practice of developed countries that lease is a new emerging industry in service field, being able to adapt to frequently changing market and empowered with strong surviving capability, and it is of special function to accelerate the operation and development of national economy. In this essay, the author takes Japan, which is representative in leasing development, as an example and by means of economics and theoretical thinking, analyses the degree of influence of lease on the development of a country economy.
