一株膜污染层优势菌的分离鉴定及其群体感应特征
Isolation and Identification of a dominant strain from membrane fouling layer and its characteristics of quorum sensing
利用膜生物反应器(MBR)对模拟生活污水进行处理,经过15d的运行系统COD及氨氮的去除率均达到87%以上,但伴随着反应器的运行,系统膜污染不断加剧,膜通量逐渐下降。从MBR膜污染层分离得到一株优势菌株N25,经16S rDNA测序比对,初步鉴定为Aeromonas caviae.。利用紫色杆菌Chromobacterium violaceum 026为报告菌,证实N25能够产生短链酰基化高丝氨酸内脂 (AHLs) 群体感应信号分子,而经薄层层析(TLC)检测则进一步表明该菌株所产生的信号分子为C4-HSL。
IThe synthetic wastewater was treated by a membrane bioreactor (MBR). The MBR showed an excellent treatment effect and both the removal rates for the COD and NH3-N were above 87% after 15 days operating time. While, the membrane fouling of MBR was also keeping increasing with this bioreactor's running. A dominant strain N25 was isolated from membrane fouling layer, which were was classified into Aeromonas caviae based on the phylogenetically identified result of 16S rDNA sequencing. The N25 isolate was able to produce the acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) which were the signal molecules of quorum sensing (QS) proved by the report bacterium of Chromobacterium violaceum 026. The further testing results of TLC were indicated the signal molecule produced by the strain N25 was C4-HSL.
