永磁式双凸极电机新型调速系统的研究
Study on New Speed Control System For Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor
在有限元法对6/4极永磁式双凸极电机内电磁场计算分析的基础上,详细分析转矩脉动产生机理。为减少因磁链和自感的非线性畸变产生的换相转矩脉动和稳态转矩脉动,采用转速转矩双闭环的新型调速控制方式,构造永磁式双凸极电机新型调速系统,并将其与电流控制方式进行了仿真与试验比较,验证了新型调速系统的正确性。
On the base of applying finite element analysis method to 6/4 pole prototype doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor, the cause of torque triple is analyzed in detail. Aimed at control system of speed and current circles currently-current control, a novel control system of speed and torque circles-torque control is proposed in order to reduce phase-change torque triple and steady torque triple for nonlinear variation of phase flux linkage and induction. The validity of the new speed control system is verified by simulation and test .
