对比研究了γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)与纳米ZnO的不同表面反应方法,制备了表面负载有活性基团—乙烯基的纳米ZnO,初步探讨了表面反应机理。试验表明:以甲苯为分散剂的反应方法对于下一步研究纳米无机/有机复合材料较好,可以得到表面负载率较高的纳米ZnO。

ifferent methods of the reaction of γ-methacyloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (MPTMS) on the surface of Nano-Zinc Oxide were studied. The introduction of reactive groups onto the surface of ZnO nanoparticles was achieved through the reaction between MPTMS and the hydroxyl groups on the nanoparticle surface. Preliminary Study on the reaction mechanism were achieved. The results showed that the method with toluene is better than that with deionized-water for the next step of synthesis of nanometer inorganic/organic material and high loading ratio of silane coupling agent onto zinc oxide surface under this method.
