为了预测全球气候变化特别是温室气体浓度增加对土壤有机碳(SOC)转化的影响,本文通过室内特制气体培养罐研究了特定培养条件(H2O、CO2和O2)下玉米秸秆在草原淡黑钙土中分解和SOC的残留特征。研究表明:加入玉米秸杆后,土壤有机C含量增加,以后随培养时间的延长而下降,但到培养结束(180天)时仍高于对照。不同培养条件对有机C含量有一定的影响,培养结束时以高含水量正常大气培养条件处理(W3C2O2)的SOC含量最低(21.05 g/kg),而低含水量高二氧化碳低氧气(W1C3O1)处理的SOC含量最高(23.74g/kg)。说明正常的大气条件有利于SOC的分解,而缺氧和高二氧化碳大气条件有利于SOC的积累。

he transformation of organic matter in steppe soils and the relation to incubation condition(H2O、CO2 and O2)under different incubation condition were studied. The objects are to provide scientific basis for clarifying the theoretical essence of improving soil fertility by organic material and regulating soil fertility. Moreover, they are also give new data for research on soil organic matter and humic substance chemistry. The results were as follow: The amount of organic carbon (OC) increased in soils after the addition of corn stalk. They gradually decreased with prolonged incubation time, but still higher than CK at the end of incubation experiments (180th day). The amounts of OC were different under different incubation conditions. At the end of incubation experiments, the amount of OC was lowest (21.05g/kg) under high water content and normal atmosphere, but was highest (23.74g/kg) under low water content, high CO2 and low O2.
