基于乘客需求的高速铁路客运服务质量综合评价体系研究
High-speed Rail Passenger Service Quality Comprehensive Assessment System Basing on The Passengers' Requirements
我国高速铁路飞速发展,对其客运服务的要求也越来越高。本文在对旅客列车服务质量评价现状分析的基础上,结合运输行业中先进的服务质量评价体系,从乘客需求的角度出发,构建高速铁路客运服务质量综合评价体系。该体系通过选取与乘客需求的现有情况及发展趋势相适应的指标,提出服务质量评价体系框架并确定了评价模型。
With the great development of Chinese high-speed railway, the requirements for passenger services is becoming higher. Based on the analyze of current service quality of passenger train, combined with the advanced service quality evaluation system in transportation,considering the perspective of passengers' requirements, this article builds the high-speed rail passenger service quality assessment system.
