中药联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎Meta分析

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine formula combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis using evidence-based medical methods. Methods Computer search of CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and PubMed database to collect randomized controlled trials published at home and abroad on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis by combination of traditional Chinese medicine quadruple therapy from 2019 to November 2022. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Seven studies including 732 patients were included, including 366 in the experimental group and 366 in the control group. Meta results showed that compared with the control group using quadruple therapy alone, the total effective rate (RR=1.20 95% CI: 1.13~1.28 P<0.00001) and eradication rate (RR=1.21, 95% CI: 1.14~1.29, P<0.00001) were more advantageous in the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant. ConclusionsTraditional Chinese medicine combined with quadruple therapy is more effective and safe than quadruple therapy alone, and improves the overall treatment efficiency and eradication rate.
