企业间价格竞争的博弈分析

由于市场的类型从卖方向买方的转变,导致现在的企业要越来越多的关注如何更好更快的为顾客服务,以此来获取更大的竞争优势。关于企业的竞争策略一般有三,即低成本、差异化和目标集聚。而低成本,即价格竞争无疑是最原始的策略,但这种策略的使用往往会给竞争中的企业带来巨大的伤害,本文就是从博弈论的角度对价格竞争做了一些分析。文章一开始引出价格竞争这一企业间竞争的主要手段,对其成因进行宏观分析,然后从博弈论的角度来探讨企业间的价格竞争,分析其内在一些成因和机理,接着结合一个现实的案例,即我国电信行业的价格竞争,来有针对性的理解其中的博弈思想,最后对于如何处理和规避价格竞争,从博弈论的角度提出一些建议。

With regard to the competitive strategy in general, there are three, that is, low-cost, differentiated and objectives of the gathering.
