低相变点耐磨焊条的性能研究
Study on the Property of Wear Resistant Low Transformation Temperature Electrodes
在低相变焊条基础上,加入其他合金元素,适当调节碳等影响马氏体转变点元素的含量,从而得到一种高硬度耐磨的低相变焊条。对该焊条进行试验研究,结果表明,焊前不预热,焊后不缓冷连续堆焊不产生裂纹.堆焊层组织为为低碳马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物。堆焊层的平均硬度在HRC 54左右,满足堆焊轴类或轧辊类零件的硬度要求,耐磨性远远大于母材45号钢,是其耐磨性的33倍。
On the base of low transformation temperature electrodes, we put in other alloying elements , suitably adjusted the contents of carbon which influence the temperature of martensite transformation, thus obtained one kind of high hardness wear resistant low transformation temperature electrodes. The results showed that the crack of deposited metal did not occur even under conditions of non-preheating and non-postheating. The microstructure of deposited metal was lath martensite and retained austenite with carbides which are dispersively distributed in the matrix. Its hardness was not less than HRC54,which could be used to welding axis and rollers。However,the deposited metal has a high wear resistance, and its relative wearabillty is 33 times better than that of female material 45 sharpens.
