基于条件随机场的事件起止时间表达式的识别
Recognition of Beginning and Ending Time Expressions of The Event Based on Conditional Random Fields
本文突破传统的仅是识别单一时间表达式的研究模式,致力于信息抽取中事件中的起止时间表达式的识别与提取研究。通过对前人单一时间表达式的研究,提出一种基于条件随机场(CRFs)的起止时间对的识别方法。采用基于机器学习的方法识别时间短语,通过分析中文文本中时间表达式间的上下文信息等语言学特征达到识别事件开始结束时间对表达式的目的。实验结果表明,本文方法在事件起止时间对的识别上分别取得了92.1%、90.47%、88.9%的准确率、召回率和F1值,识别效果较好。
his paper breaks the traditional researches that recognize the single time expression only, it focuses on the recognition and extraction of the beginning and ending time expressions of the event in information extraction. Through the study of the previous research on the single temporal phrase recognitions, based on the capability to integrate different levels features of Conditional Random Fields(CRFs)model,this paper presents a CRFs-based approach for the beginning and ending time expressions.By analyzing a set of linguistic features of time phrases in Chinese text such as lexical features, syntactic features and context information to achieve the purpose of recognize the beginning and ending time of the event. The experimental results show a performance reaching scores of 92.1% for precision and 90.47% for recall and 88.9% for F-measure.
