程序升温条件下煤耗氧特性的研究
Study on the Characteristic of Oxygen Consumption of Coal at Programmed Temperatures
为了深入了解煤氧复合特性,利用自主研制的煤自燃特性测试系统,对程序升温条件下煤的耗氧量进行了测定。总体上看,煤的耗氧量随煤温的升高而增加,随煤变质程度的加深而减小;但在程序升温初始阶段煤耗氧量随煤温升高呈现出短暂的下降趋势。并结合煤氧复合理论,从煤的孔隙结构、煤表面活性结构的种类及数量、煤氧络合物的生成等角度,对这些现象进行了分析。结果表明:程序升温条件下煤的耗氧特性能够综合反映煤自燃特性,是判定煤自燃特性的良好指标。
In order to understand the characteristic of coal-oxygen reaction, the oxygen consumption of coal at programmed temperatures were tested with the experimental system of spontaneous combustion of coal. As a whole, the oxygen consumption of coal on the same condition increased with the rise of the temperature of coal but reduced with deepened of the coal rank. However, the oxygen consumption of coal reduced with the rise of the temperature of coal at the beginning. Base the theory of coal-oxygen reaction, the phenomenon above was analyzed in the physical and chemical characteristic, the appearance of coal-oxygen complex and so on. The study indicated that the oxygen consumption of coal at programmed temperatures reflect the characteristic of spontaneous combustion of coal perfectly. It’s a good index for study the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal.
