行星传动基本参数选择理论的再认识
Modification of Parameters of Planetary Trains
对国内各机械设计手册中普遍引用的高速行星传动齿数选择上的“互质说”提出商榷;简介了行星轮相位调谐理论(Planet Phasing),并提出基于相位调谐理论、以减振为目的的修改行星传动基本参数——齿数和行星轮个数的方法。
he deficiencies in the parlance of using the prime teeth in high speed planetary gear trains to reducing vibration is pointed out. And the parlance is widely cited in native mechanical design handbooks. A method,based on the theory of planet phasing, by changing the number of tooth and planetary gear to suppress vibration, is proposed in this paper.
