SPS-PMHS杂化的离子金属聚合物的性能研究

以聚苯乙烯为初始原料,经过磺化、酰化、胺基化、硅氢化反应制备出高分子聚合物(SPS-PMHS),红外光谱监控了整个合成过程。将SPS-PMHS掺杂在Nafion溶液中制备出其含量为33.3%IPMC复合材料。实验结果表明:杂化的IPMC薄膜的输出位移和纯IPMC薄膜相比有所降低,非水工作时间是纯的IPMC薄膜的2.7倍。
SPS-PMHS was total synthesized from polystyrene by sulfonation recation, acyation recation, amine reaction, hydrosilation reaction, the synthesis process was monitored by FTIR. The SPS-PMHS was homogeneously dispersed in Nafion matrix with doping level of 33.3wt%. The results demonstrated that the tip displacement of the actuator with doping of 33.3wt% is smaller than virgin actuator, but the non-water work time of the news actuator is 2.7 times than virgin actuator.
