伴随互联网和移动通信的发展,以及海量资源信息的增长,个性化服务受到越来越多的关注。本文介绍了即时通信领域用户偏好预测方面的相关理论,探讨了该领域中对用户偏好预测产生影响的因素,包括静态影响因素和动态影响因素,深入分析了上下文情景信息和即时通信用户信任度对偏好预测的影响为该领域用户偏好预测方面的研究提供借鉴和参考。
With the development of Internet and Mobile Communications, and massive growth of information resources, personalized services received more and more attention. The paper discussed related theory of Instant Messaging(IM) user preference prediction and anaylzed influenced factors which included static factors and dynamic factors. Context and user trust have been analyzed deeply from the side of facotrs. It provided a reference on the research of user preference prediction in the field of IM.
