钻机旋转式升降机架设计与分析
Study on the Design and Analysis of a Rotary Lifting Frame for Drilling Rig
本文主要针对煤矿井下立轴式钻机无法实现全方位钻探问题设计了一种旋转式升降机架,使钻机能够较为灵活地实现全方位钻探,并在高度方向上有一定的调整范围。论文首先对机架进行了方案设计,描述了机架的工作流程;其次进行了结构设计与计算,建立了三维模型;最后对机架进行了强度分析。分析结果表明,机架的设计满足强度要求。设计中巧妙之处在于重心处进行液压支撑,灵活方便地实现了钻机360 回转,增大了钻机的作业范围。本设计方案扩大了井下防治水及瓦斯抽采钻机施工作业的工作空间,具有一定的实用价值。
IA rotary lifting frame is designed for a kind of drilling rig which can not drill comprehensively. Equipped with the rotary lifting frame, the drilling rig can achieve comprehensive drilling easily and there is a certain adjustment range in the vertical direction. The scheme of the frame is designed and the work flow of the frame is introduced first in this paper. Secondly, the structural of the frame is designed and calculated and the three-dimensional model of the frame is established. Finally, the frame is analyzed by finite element method. The results showed that the design of the frame satisfy the strength requirements. The highlight of the design is hydraulic supporting at the center of mass of the drilling rig, which can flexible rotate and improve the workplace for the drill operation. This design can also be used as a design reference which has some practical value.
