本文对典型的铜阳极泥处理过程中碲、锑、铋、砷等元素的走向进行分析研究,旨在明晰其流向以及回收利用状况,通过优化现有的工艺方法,为实现高效综合回收利用铜阳极泥中这些元素提供指导。结果表明:在整个阳极泥处理工序中,碲比较分散,沉氯化银后液、分银渣、铂钯精矿、析铂钯后液中分别有20%、36%、30%、13%左右的碲;将近90%的锑都存在于分银渣中,少量分散在沉氯化银后液中;铋分散在分银渣、铂钯精矿、沉氯化银后液以及粗银粉中,它们分别占38%、 24%、 29%、9%左右;砷分散比较严重,主要存在于沉氯化银后液、分银渣、析铂钯后液中,分别占39%,47%,4%,其他地方只有少部分。

his paper has studied the substance flow analysis of tellurium, antimony, bismuth, arsenic in a typical copper anode slime treatment process, in order to explain the situation of the flow & recycling and recovery methods of these metals, and provide guidance for the high-comprehensive utility of these metals in copper anode slime. The results showed that: in the anode slime treatment processes, the tellurium is scattered in the liquid after precipitated silver chloride(20%)、silver separating residue(36%)、Pt-Pd Concentrate(30%) and the liquid after precipitated Pt-Pd Concentrate(13%). Nearly 90% of antimony is found in silver separating residue, only a small part scattered in the liquid after precipitated silver chloride. Bismuth is distributed in silver separating residue (38%)、 Pt-Pd Concentrate(24%)、the liquid after precipitated silver chloride(29%) and Crude silver powder(9%). Arsenic is dispersed more seriously, mainly in the liquid after precipitated silver chloride (39%)、silver separating residue(47%) and the liquid after precipitated Pt-Pd Concentrate(4%).
