目的 研究ZTC1+1一Ⅲ型天然澄清剂处理越鞠丸水提液的最佳工艺。方法 以栀子苷含量、固形物保留率、药液澄明度为考察指标,采用正交试验法,优选最佳除杂工艺。结果 优选出的最佳工艺条件是:水提液浓缩至1∶8,在温度60℃下,以B∶A为8%∶4%的澄清剂用量按先B组分后加A组分的次序以50 r•min-1的搅拌速度进行。结论 ZTC1+1一Ⅲ型天然澄清剂的澄清工艺可作为越鞠丸水提液的除杂工艺。

Objective: To study the flocculation process with ZTC1+l一Ⅲ Natural Clarify Agents for Yueju pills water extract. Methods:Using the Concentration of Geniposide, Extract yield and Solution clarity as the investigation targets,the optimum process of removing impurity was investigated with Orthogonal experimental test. Results:The optimum process conditions were that the concentration of materials vs extract solution was 1∶8, the flocculation temperature was 60℃, the concertration of ZTC1+l—Ⅲ natural clarify agents was 8%∶4%(B∶A) ,the adding sequence of ZTC 1+l—II natural clarify agents was clarifier B before clarifier A and the liquid was mixed at the whisking speed was 50 r•min-1 .Conlusion:The flocculation process with ZTC1+l一Ⅲ Natural Clarify Agents can be used as the removing impurity of Yueju pills water extract.
