为了了解葫芦岛市某大型商场的顾客满意度现状,以更好的提高其市场竞争力和经营绩效,采用问卷调查法、灰色理论、模糊综合评价法对其顾客满意度进行了测评分析。结果表明:当前顾客对该商场的总体满意状况为较满意;顾客对商品摆放、商场布局、商场知名度、交通便利程度这一系列指标感觉非常满意;顾客对商品价格感觉最不满意;顾客对商场其他方面的感觉以较满意居多。本研究对于提高商场的顾客满意度具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

In order to know about customer satisfaction to a mall of Huludao, and improving its market competition as well as management level, using such the method as questionnaire, gray theory, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate its customer satisfaction. And the consequence shows as follows: To begin with, the customers are expressing their satisfaction with the current overall such as the goods setting up, store layout, popularity and traffic convenience degree. What's more, most of client sometimes complaint about the price of goods. The conclusion has the certain reference value and significance to enhance stores customer satisfaction.
